千秋亭上觅遗踪，丹芍园中闻寺钟。

千载题诗已湮灭，汉花依旧意从容。

At the Pavilion I seek old shadows that dwell,

Amongst the Peonies I hear the temple bell.

Although the inscribed verse of yore has long vanished,

The flower of Han endures with its graceful spell.
