老子道德經第二章詞句

 

生而不有，为而不恃，功成而弗居。

夫唯弗居，是以不去。

 

Thou begettest, yet possessest nought,

Though thou didest all, claimest honour not.

Clingest thou not unto what thou hast wrought,

In sooth, thy virtue shall ne’er be forgot...
