Reclusive Delights by Meng Chao-gang
From my secluded house, spring steals away,
Alone with willow fluffs, still lies my stay.
Behind the croft, I fish in misty rain,
Before the door, with wind my bamboos sway。
At rosy dusk, I count homing swallows,
At night, luring the moon, a lute I play.
In my twilight years, I’d fain seek bliss here,
For such realm makes me feel no blue nor grey.
