每個女人都該看的電影…它一直是我人生的靈感來源? As it shows, life often gives us what we need, even if it's not what we want at that moment.
波西塔諾是義大利最美的地方…在托斯卡納的陽光下。那部電影……講述的是一個美國女人和一個義大利男人的故事……強烈推薦……但我更強烈推薦你去托斯卡納!A MAN OR A WOMAN CAN NEVER SATISFY YOUR DESIRES, BUT ONLY THE CREATOR CAN DO THAT FOR YOU. EVERY BEING WILL DISAPPOINT YOU.
"When a woman traveled to Positano for romance—and found her Italian lover already had someone else. ???? In this heartbreaking Under the Tuscan Sun (2003) scene, Frances (Diane Lane) has finally worked up the courage to visit Marcello (Raoul Bova), the handsome Italian antiques dealer she had a passionate affair with months ago. She's traveled across the country to see him—and he's standing on a balcony with another woman.
Here's how it unfolds: ? The Arrival Frances calls up to him: ""Marcello!"" He looks down, surprised: ""Francesca. Wait there, I'm coming down."" When he reaches her, he's genuinely happy to see her: ""Look how beautiful you are. It's incredible to see you. What brings you to Positano?"" ?
The Answer Frances doesn't hesitate: ""What brings me to Positano? Marcello."" Then the woman on the balcony calls down: ""We're going to be late."" Marcello replies: ""One moment, darling."" ? The Heartbreak Frances's face falls. ""I came at a bad time."" She turns to leave. Marcello calls after her, but she's already walking away. She delivers the devastating truth: ""Months ago, we had a beautiful affair. But we were never able to come together again, even though we tried."" ? The Goodbye She walks out of his life—not with anger, but with quiet dignity. ""Goodbye."" Marcello calls her name one last time, but she doesn't look back. This is the moment Frances realized that some love stories aren't meant to have a second chapter—and that walking away is its own kind of courage.
Timing's everything. Some people just don't get it. 有時候我們會做出錯誤的選擇,事後想起來要改變主意時,卻發現為時已晚。因此,我們不要倉促做決定,也不要讓情緒左右我們的判斷,因為情緒往往是糟糕的顧問。
Under The Tuscan Sun 2003 Full Movie Explained & Review | Sandra Oh, Raoul Bova, Diane Lane, Pawel
@Fiona-z8m6s 2 weeks ago The lovely Diane Lane. A person will only put up with being blown off by someone for so long; then they move on because they can’t wait forever. Showing up at his house without warning, what did she expect? She obviously thought he’d be waiting for her, but she shouldn’t have been surprised after turning him down so many times. Great film
@RonnieBouliane 3 weeks ago (edited) Now… that’s the way you say goodbye to your love. Who knows, maybe they will meet again later in life. There was a woman like that in my life in my 20’s, but the timing was wrong for both of us. We met passionately for one last time, then said goodbye. I hope life was good to her.
@mamavswild 3 weeks ago (edited) The other commenter doesn’t know jack- in the film, Francesca blows him off over and over and he even drives hours and hours to find her and still gets blown off….only after MONTHS did Francesca decide that she wanted him back and just SHOWED UP at his home..:what DID she expect?
@edithajulian4452 3 weeks ago I had this experience, but in my story I was Marcello. He was my true love; I waited for him to propose for a long time, but he came only when my hubby now and I were engaged to be married. I told him, "Why only now?" So let's get into it... We can still remedy it...but he refused to be a villain. I said, "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?" I don't know how much pain he suffered... I waited for him to decide in 2 months, but he did not appear again. He was not aware, perhaps, and yet he is and will always be my true love up until this very moment. Sometimes, life is this tricky!!!
? @robostunts im not religious, but how do you know for sure there IS no creator, something that created the universe? Maybe the universe is the creator itself. Human knowledge IS very limited. So again, I'm not religious, and I believe in science, but science doesn't know it all, and also science itself is incredible, which makes me question the why and how of deeper things. For me, it's disrespectful and ignorant to tell a religious person there is no creator when we don't know. Maybe there IS, maybe not.
