During my visits to this country, I've discerned that there are two Austrias, one which opposes restitution to the victims of Nazism,

As I hope I've demonstrated in my written arguments, the law favors restitution. A string of events and misdeeds point to the incontestable fact that the paintings in question reached the Belvedere and remained there for over half a century,

Excellent film presentation of a wonderful righting of a horrendous wrong perpetrated on so many innocent, good people. Ms. Altmann's  struggle to preserve the memories of her family heritage is a testament to the goodness of the best of mankind. Outstanding script and cinematography, superb cast and brilliant performances, costuming and score and sets were so perfect and stunning. Thank you for posting this film, a masterpiece of filmmaking and a superlative gift to film buffs to enjoy forever.

It is located in the Neue Galerie Museum on Fifth Avenue in New York. Is Absolutely Beautiful Woman in Gold The movie is one of the best films I've seen in many years.
