材料:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon double-acting baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 cups picked over blueberries
作法:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, egg, honey, sugar, milk
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt
3. Stir the butter mixture into the flour mixture, stirring until the batter is just combined
4. Fold in the blueberries
5. ( if making muffin, divide the batter among 12 buttered 1/2-cup muffin tins )
6. ( if making bread, pour all the mixture into a pan )
7. bake the mixture in the middle of a preheated 425F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or untill they are golder and a tester comes out clean, turn them out onto a rack. ( my experience : 350F for 30 to 40 minutes )
