First, China has to protect its own interests in the Middle East, such as the supply of oil.

Second, China would like to prevent any negative impact on China, now and in the future. We know the US and its allies have been trying to drag China into wars or conflicts since Obama’s Pivot to Asia, so the sabotagy the development of China. I would say Wang Yi is very skillful to handle the incident.

Third, China always promotes justice and fairness in international politics. China condemns Israel and the US for breaking international law and invading Iran. Referring to the First Point above, China’s interests are in harmony with the interests of the people of the world. When China imports oil from the Middle East, it is mutually beneficial. China will continue to import oil from Iran for justice, fairness, and the interests of Iran and China.

Fourth, China will support Iran for its legitimate defense. But that’s not China’s fight. That’s Iran’s fight. China will fight the US and Israel for Iran. China can support Iran in fighting Israel and the US. Don’t expect China to send troops on Iranian soil. This is the concerns of the First and Second points above.

China will do what is good for the world without over-sacrificing its own interests; it will advance its interests without committing evil or causing damage to world peace and prosperity. China can endure a short-term sacrifice for a long-term benefit. China has a vision of a shared future for mankind. China’s interest is the interest of mankind. China’s fate is the fate of mankind. China’s destination is the destination of mankind. China will not make itself better at the expense of the world, and will not make the world better at the expense of China. China can always find a win-win solution.
