求助 California 3 day notice pay or quit

请问前辈们，California 3 day notice pay or quit, payment method 只用Zelle payment method 可以吗？ 还需要physical location to deliver the rent 吗？我自己根据网上样本写了一个，然后花钱请eviction service 做后续工作。他们说需要physical location to pay rent, 强烈推荐我花钱让他们准备。哪位前辈有经验能指导一下吗？感谢！
