- Purchase Price - $1,315,555
- Earnest Money Deposit - $40,000 held with the title company until closing
- Financing - $315,556 Down, Conventional
- Non Contingent on the sale of any real estate
- Inspections - Repair requests will be limited to major structural, mechanical and hazards
- Appraisal - In the event of an under appraisal the buyers will cover the difference up to $15,000, not to exceed the sale price
- Closing - April 30th
- Escalation Clause - In the event there is another offer, the buyers are willing to beat the offer by $3,555, not to exceed a sale price of $1,337,700
因为是第一个offer， 还想再看其他的offers。第一次卖房， 没有经验。我的房子是小区里唯一上市的房子， 90年代末建的， 3800 尺， 不到半亩地。
